Our Team

Carson Rabb has a diverse background comprised of over 12 years of working in the energy industry. Since 2012, Carson served in various engineering and management roles that incorporated both field and office experience in facilities engineering, production engineering, reservoir engineering, business development, drilling engineering, and completions engineering.

Before joining Stakeholder Midstream in April 2024, Carson worked as an Asset Manager for BlackBrush Oil & Gas, LP. In that role, Mr. Rabb collaborated with land, legal, environmental, regulatory, and HSE departments to ensure compliance with surface use agreements, mineral rights leases, TCEQ and Texas Railroad Commission reporting and permitting standards, and OSHA safety protocols while managing all development plans, drilling operations, completion operations, production operations, and business development opportunities for the asset area.

Mr. Rabb earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering along with a Business Foundations Certificate with Distinction from the University of Texas at Austin.
