Our Team

Ryan Rios has a comprehensive background with over 10 years of experience in the midstream sector. Since 2014, Ryan has served in various technical roles, designing and managing large scale liquid and natural gas infrastructure development projects across the Eagle Ford and Permian Basin.  

Prior to joining Stakeholder Midstream in March 2017, Mr. Rios worked as a Project Engineer at TexStar Midstream Services, LP (subsequently Southcross Energy Partners, LP). During his time at TexStar, Mr. Rios managed both growth and optimization projects on treating and cryogenic plants, compressor stations, and sour gas gathering pipeline systems. In addition to asset development, Mr. Rios also managed pipeline integrity projects across legacy SXE assets in the Texas gulf coast.

Mr. Rios holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
